Stacy brings to the Initiative a combined background of 25 years in corporate leadership, success as an entrepreneur, and multiple wellness credentials. She’s worked as a strategic consultant and global procurement leader for Top 50 organizations within the pharma, tech, and hospitality sectors, and has also held leadership roles in marketing and sales. A longtime yogi, Stacy earned her 500-hour teacher certification from Asheville Yoga Center, and is currently E-RYT 200 / RYT-500 registered teacher. She is also a functional medicine and national board-certified health and wellness coach with additional certification in corporate wellness.

Stacy opened Sunny Street Yoga in 2020, where she and the faculty strive to nurture the overall wellbeing of their clients—mind, body, and spirit. Stacy holds a BA in English and Spanish from Dickinson College, and an MBA in Marketing and Master’s Degree in International Business, both from the University of Pittsburgh. She makes her home in Peachtree Corners, GA with her husband, teenage son, and multiple furry family members.

Olivia Shoffner, Vice President

She began her corporate career in event planning for a financial services company in Denver, moved into the pharma space, and then into hospitality in 2008, after relocating to Atlanta. She spent over nine years with IHG Hotels & Resorts, with roles in sales, business development, and program management. It is here that she first began volunteering for non profit organizations. She held similar roles in the consulting and SaaS sectors thereafter, and has recently returned to IHG in a sales strategy role, securing business travel opportunities for global accounts.

Olivia is also an RYT-200 certified yoga teacher, and has a longstanding personal yoga practice. She was previously a faculty member with Sunny Street Yoga, and co-led a charitable initiative to provide children’s yoga to an Atlanta-area outreach organization. Olivia holds a BA in Communications from Mercer University. She is excited to bring her unique combination of skills and experience to the development of the Sunny Street Initiative.
